Good review of what looks like a good product. I find myself checking the pressure on my pump even if I aired up the tires the morning before - which of course leads to loss of preasure and the need to add more air once again.

How about it going to the guy who needs it the most - ie has the most tires to use it on. I think I'm up to about 12 wheels with presta right now. :-)

I have no idea how to suggest distributing such things. Some sort of lottery or rotating schedule? A one page essay on how the recipient would use such item over their summer vacation and how little they got for Christmas as a kid? I would certainly like to hear an honest review from the person that it ends up with.

I have a digital gauge that I use with my cars and it has proven to be a bit temperamental in cold weather, which I guess is to be expected.

In my saddle bag I carry a cheapo stick type gauge and put the Presta to Schrader adapter on. It works well enough I guess, though I doubt the accuracy. Close enough for the side of the road.

$11.99 seems like a reasonable MSRP. What kind of batteries does it take? Sometimes the little batteries cost so much the real price of the item ends up increasing over the long run, especially the Lithium type.

I like the design of it, kind of sci-fi. Anyway, still reading, and damn the spammers.
