Titanium goodness from Canada

I recently got this press release from Everti bikes of Canada. They make some pretty sweet road frames, and do custom builds as well. Here’s what Kurt had to say:

The Phoenix is replacing our Team model of last year as it serves the same purpose but is better at doing so. The frame is lighter and stiffer thanks to our new double butted tubing along with the multi-shape profile of the down tube and oversized seat tube (34.9mm). The Breezer style dropouts save more weight while increasing stiffness in the rear triangle.

The Phoenix is designed to meet the needs of powerful riders who are afraid of wiggly bottom brackets while being very light. The complete bike in the photo weighs only 6.68 kg but could be much lighter with a set of racing wheels.

We are very proud of what we have achieved with the Phoenix. It is a great race bike that with durability and value that you just can’t get with carbon bikes.

Suggested retail is $1475 USD for the frame only. Custom geometry for +$200
