SLC Mayor Ralph Becker is doing his best to promote Salt Lake as a cycling-friendly city, and this image is an awesome reminder of why two wheels (or even one) trumps four. You’ve got wrecked cars from the slick roads, yet here’s a unicyclist whose only concession to the weather is a warm coat and an umbrella.
