Comfort & Concealability
IWB Carry Experience
As an IWB holster, the Omni rides close to the body. Since it’s similar to my current holster, I found it exceptionally comfortable once positioned correctly.
The cant, claw, and ride height adjustments make it easy to fine-tune the holster for comfort and minimal printing, allowing it to work well for my preferred concealed carry setup.
Draw was the same too. And it worked well with the Viridian RFX42 I had been testing. Overall, a positive experience, which I haven’t always had with some holsters.
OWB Carry Flexibility
I tested the holster at the outdoor range, which is the only time I have used it so far, though I might consider it for hiking, camping, or winter carry when wearing a long coat.
Switching to OWB mode requires a screwdriver and a few minutes to remove the IWB belt hook (two screws), claw (two more), and replace it with the OWB belt shell (three screws). The process is pretty straightforward. If you’ve got fat fingers, it may be a bit of a struggle—but it’s a fair trade-off for not having to purchase another holster.
