Every once in a while, I have a chance to check out other blogs. This weekend, I was reading the Ravingbikefiend’s. If you’re into old bikes, you’ll enjoy his eclectic collection. I don’t know if this guy is serious or not. He’s either way off the mark, or he thinks that cities/politicians won’t get behind cycling unless they can generate some revenue from cyclists. But I’m pretty sure that licensing bikes and cyclists will not encourage more people to choose cycling as an alternative to driving.
