I’ve gotten a few emails wondering how the Univega Nuovo Sport restoration project is going. It’s been on hold for a while now, as it’s gotten to be secondary to all the other things going on with the site, and outside the site. But it’s still right behind me in my office, in my Ultimate repair stand, waiting for decisions to be made about color schemes for the paint, and whether to stick with the current drivetrain, or change it to single speed. Doing a fixed gear conversion is not an option right now, as it may end up getting donated to someone whose personal preference doesn’t include fixed gears.
